Pixel and Nexus devices started to receive September Android security update

Google has started to roll out September Android Security update to its Pixel and Nexus line of smartphones. For all supported Google devices, security patch levels will be 2018-09-05.
The Update brings the fixes for 59 vulnerabilities and improves the Retail Mode battery charge for the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL. The update also improves Software Version Reporting, and the audio quality over car speakers when using a Bluetooth connection for all four current Pixel models.

Google Device owners can manually check for the update through Settings-> About Phone-> Software update. The Google device firmware images can be downloaded from the Google Developer site.
