Android Oreo Update rolling out to Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge

Samsung has started to rollout Android Oreo to Samsung galaxy S7 and S7 edge. Samsung has started to rollout out Android Oreo to its Samsung Galaxy S7 units in the United Kingdom. The update was halted temporarily before being made available again soon after, and it looks like Samsung is now confident there will be no more surprises, as Oreo is rolling out for the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge.

Currently the update is available across all major carriers in South Korea and the update carries the build number KLU1ERE8. The update also brings the April 2018 Android security patch and the update is now available as an OTA. Update can be manually checked through Settings -> Software update -> Download updates manually. If the update is not available, it will take another couple of days as the update will be rolled out in phases.
