Samsung Gear S3 at T-Mobile started to receive Tizen OS 3.0

Samsung has started to roll-out Tizen OS 3.0 couple of months back, but due to battery draining issue, the rollout has been stopped. After a month, the update has been started to rollout for global variants and now the update has started to hit the Samsung Gear S3 in T-mobile. Update is now available for Gear S3 Frontier and Classic, whereas the update weighs around 256MB and it brings couple of New features and improvements. To update your Samsung Gear S3, open the Samsung Gear app on your phone and go into the Settings tab. You’ll then select About Gear and tap Update Gear software followed by Download updates manually.

Support for Bixby Reminder. Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note 8 owners can get reminders on the Gear S3.
Ringtone – set music saved on the Gear S3 as your ringtone.
